"Christ has no body on earth but yours, no hands but yours, no feet but yours. Yours are the eyes through which God's compassion for the world is to look out; Yours are the feet with which He is to go about doing good; And yours are the hands with which He is to bless us now."

This commitment offers the student you sponsor:
*STABILITY. Noel Orphanage officially closed its doors in December 2014. Therefore, this is a vital time for sponsors to provide a consistent and quality place for education and growth during a time of great transition in these children's lives.
*LASTING CHANGE. A child's future is significantly affected by the amount and the quality of his or her education and moral training. Sponsorship changes the path they were on, and creates new paths of opportunity that will impact their future.
*HOPE. Sponsoring a child demonstrates the hope of Jesus to a child, as you proclaim, "Where you have been in your life does not define where you are going. I believe in you and I believe God has important things to do with and through you".
*A HANDOUT. Educational sponsorship is an opportunity for learning and growth presented to each student, during their formative years. With that gift, we expect each student to fully commit to the highest moral standards, and to continuous involvement in their school and community through training, tutoring, and extracurricular programs at the schools they attend. We pray these requirements then inspire each student to eagerly engage in life after school is completed, dreaming and accomplishing their goals, while taking responsibility for their lives.
*A SUBSTITUTE. A sponsor relationship cannot take the place of a permanent and loving family. As these children experience the unique and sometimes difficult transition from orphanage living to family care in Rwanda, we are committed to providing a stable environment for school to continue, no matter what. We realize this does not take the place of a local family loving and caring for them, but we intend to be an extension of that care, partnering with families, the orphanage, and local leaders to ensure no child is left behind or forgotten during this transition.
